相对论平均场理论中各种有效相互作用对中子星性质的影响

基于相对论平均场理论，研究了各种相互作用参数组(NL1、NL3、NLSH、TM1和GL-97)对中子星物质的性质和中子星整体结构的影响．发现参数组NL1、NL3和NLSH所给出的中子星内部的介子场强度、物质的组成比例、物态方程和中子星的整体特点基本相同，但与TM1和GL-97之间有较大的差别．相对于其他参数组，GL-97给出的介子场强度最弱，中子星的相对数密度最大，物态方程也最软，同时采用GL-97参数组计算的中子星的最大质量也最小．     

光纤光栅的温度补偿

提出了一种简单、小型的光纤光栅温度补偿器件，将光纤光栅粘贴在具有负热膨胀系数的材料上，实现了光纤光栅的温度补偿。该器件在-20～44℃温度范围内光栅波长变化0.08m，是未补偿光纤光栅的1／8。     

浮栅ROM器件辐射效应机理分析

分析了浮栅ROM器件的辐射效应机理，合理地解释了实验中观察到的现象.指出辐射产生的电子空穴对在器件中形成的氧化物陷阱电荷和界面陷阱电荷是导致存储单元及其外围电路出现错误的原因.浮栅ROM器件的中子、质子和⁶⁰Co γ辐射效应都是总剂量效应 . 关键词： FLASH ROM EEPROM 中子 质子 60Co γ')" href="#">⁶⁰Co γ 总剂量效应     

Approximation of multi-scale elliptic problems using patches of finite elements

In this paper we present a method to solve numerically elliptic problems with multi-scale data using multiple levels of not necessarily nested grids. The method consists in calculating successive corrections to the solution in patches whose discretizations are not necessarily conforming. It resembles the FAC method (see Math. Comp. 46 (174) (1986) 439–456) and its convergence is obtained by a domain decomposition technique (see Math. Comp. 57 (195) (1991) 1–21). 世界是丰富多彩、千差万别的．但众多的物理大师们却说：一切事物规律都是“对称的”．在物理思想中，对称性像基石似的重要．各种事物都具有对称性，它常表现在两个方面，一是体现在物理规律中的对称性；如伽利略相对原理；爱因斯坦相对论；宇称原理等．另一个是体现在数学形态上的对称性．如镜像对称；旋转对称等．本文将浅议一下物理学中的对称．     

Mid-infrared generation based on a periodically poled LiNbO3 optical parametric oscillator

We report a nanosecond Nd:YVO_4-pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on periodically poled LiNbO_3 (PPLN). Tuning is achieved in this experiment by varying the temperature and period of the PPLN. The design of double-pass singly resonant oscillator (DSRO) and confocal cavity enables the OPO threshold to be lowered considerably, resulting in a simple, compact, all-solid-state configuration with the mid-infrared idler powers of up to 466mW at 3.41μm.

2,9-disubstituted 1,10-phenanthroline nickel complexes: Syntheses,characterization, and their ethylene oligomerization

Nickel complexes 1–4 ligated with 2,9-disubstituted-1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectra and elemental analysis. The molecular structure of complex 2 was confirmed by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. Activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO), those complexes showed moderate activities for ethylene oligomerization. Published in Kinetika i Kataliz, 2007, Vol. 48, No. 5, pp. 710–714. Self‐assembly of amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers

Amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers consisting of one polystyrene block and two poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) blocks were prepared by the “arm‐first” method in which RAFT polymerization and nonconvalent ligand–metal complexation were employed. The prepared amphiphilic star‐shaped metallopolymers are able to form micelles in water. The size and distribution of the micelles were studied by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Preliminary studies indicate that the polymer concentration and the hydrophilic poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) block length can affect the morphologies of the formed metal‐interfaced core–shell micelles in water. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 双维位置灵敏CsI(Tl)探测器

描述了一种双维位置灵敏CsI(Tl)探测器.用3组分α源测量该探测器得到的位置分辨为0.81mm(FWHM),对于69MeV/u ³⁶Ar能量分辨为0.9％(FWHM).在RIBLL的ΔE-E粒子鉴别望远镜中常常作为E探测器.由于CsI(Tl)晶体对不同的粒子的能损-光输出的非线性,需要针对不同离子对CsI探测器作能量-光输出校正曲线.
